TYDC-K-A601 は、シングルエンドワイヤー ハーネスの組み立てを 1 台の機械で行います。
一方の端は圧着され、コネクタ ハウジングに挿入されます。もう一方の端は剥がされて錫メッキされます。どちらも自動的に行われ、ステップ間で手動で処理する必要はありません。
この機械には、バルクゴムハウジング用の振動フィーダーが装備されています。つまり、オペレーターはハウジングに一括で積み込んで立ち去ります。1 つずつ手で供給する必要はありません。時間を節約し、小規模なラインでよくあるボトルネックを解消します。
インターフェースはシンプルです。専任の機械オペレーターがいない中小規模の作業場に適しています。定期的な調整を行わなくても、連続的な大量生産にも問題なく動作します。これを 1 シフトと 2 シフトの両方で問題なく実行しているお客様もいます。
自動車配線、家電配線、制御ケーブルなどに使用されます。上流でワイヤー切断ストリッピングと端子圧着がすでに行われているラインによく適合します。
