TYDC-250 自動ワイヤー折り曲げラベル貼付機は、この手作業を軽減するために作られました。ラベルの送り、剥がし、折り曲げ、ワイヤーへの貼り付けを 1 つのプロセスで行います。
ワイヤーの設置は依然として手作業ですが、その後は機械が処理します。
コンパクトなので、既存のワイヤーハーネスラインにほとんど変更なく追加できます。主な目的は、ラベル付けをより安定させ、オペレーターの労力を軽減することです。
